Last year's "Head Of State" parody video was exceedingly funny and it's good to see the directorial team of Martin Usher & James Davis return with a new political spoof based of Tupac's infamous diss record.
This time it's Baracka Flacka Flames (played by James Davis) as Barackaveli going after The Party of No, Sarah Palin and George Bush. Jefandi Cato, who posed as Michelle Obama in "Head of State" returns as Michellaveli, doing some rapping of her own this time.
